Due to the nature of the items being handmade and customized, Please read the following:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your item if there are any issues with your order.

Exchanges
No exchanges accepted.

Refunds
Refunds can be given if the item has not been processed and only within 24 hours of submitting your order.  If the item has been processed or has been shipped, a refund cannot be given.
